- Opportunity: Fiber Installation Trainee – Serious Candidates Only (Soweto / Lombardy West) -

We are looking for a disciplined, reliable and career-focused individual to be trained in Fiber to the Home (FTTH) installations. This role is for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the telecommunications field — not just a job.

⚠️ This is a demanding field role. Please apply only if you meet ALL requirements below.

Minimum Requirements:
✅ Valid driver’s license (Non-negotiable)
✅ Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (up to 6m poles, ladder work, outdoor conditions)
✅ Willing and available to work Sundays, overtime and standby when required
✅ No criminal record
✅ Verifiable references from previous employers
✅ Excellent time management — late coming and absenteeism will not be tolerated
✅ Able to perform under pressure and meet daily targets
✅ Good communication skills (team and client communication is critical)
✅ Basic technical mindset (comfortable using tools, learning technical processes, problem solving)
✅ Must reside in Soweto or close to Lombardy West
